Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-30

This is Bullet Time Scene's content policy. It applies to every photo you upload and every video you make, and it is part of our Terms of Service.

What you may not upload or create

  • Other people without their consent. Only upload photos of yourself, or photos where everyone in them has agreed.
  • Celebrities and public figures, or anyone you are impersonating.
  • Anyone under 18, in any context.
  • Sexual content, including nudity and sexually suggestive images.
  • Violence: gore, real injuries, or content that threatens, harasses or encourages harm to anyone.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property: photos, artwork, film stills, characters or other copyrighted works you don't own or have permission to use, and brand names, logos or packaging of brands you don't own or aren't authorized to use, including videos that imitate another brand or could be mistaken for its official content. Filming a product you sell, with its own branding, is fine.
  • Anything illegal, hateful or meant to deceive, such as passing off a video of a real person as real footage.

The People & Pets agreement

Before your first People & Pets video, we ask you to agree to this once per account:

I'll only upload photos I own or have permission to use from everyone in them, and never photos of anyone under 18.

Label AI-generated videos

Every video made here is generated by AI. When you post one on a platform that asks for it, such as TikTok, Instagram or Facebook, label it as AI-generated as that platform requires, and don't present it as real footage of an event.

How we enforce this policy

  • Our AI provider's safety filters check photos and videos. A blocked video shows an error card and its credits are refunded. The photo is kept for 30 days so we can review it, then deleted.
  • An account with five blocked videos within 24 hours is paused from generating for 24 hours and reviewed.
  • We review blocked and reported videos every week. We may delete any video that breaks this policy, including any video a rights holder shows infringes their copyright or trademark, and suspend the account that made it; repeat infringers lose their account. A suspended account can't generate, unlock or buy credits.
  • We keep text records of what was generated (time, mode, style, credits, status) so we can handle complaints.

If you see a video made with Bullet Time Scene that breaks this policy, that shows you without your consent, or that uses your copyrighted work or trademark without permission, email support@bullettimescene.com with a link or a description. We review every report and remove content that breaks this policy.
